Nubiux does not offer a money-back guarantee on any of its services. This page explains how payments, renewals and cancellations work so there are no surprises.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including first orders, renewals, hosting, WordPress and VPS plans, domains and third-party licenses, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We recommend reviewing the plan features, resources and our Terms of Service before you pay.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. Renewals are not refundable, because the service is provisioned for the new period.
Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.
You can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid and is not renewed afterwards. The unused part of the period is not refunded or prorated.
Download your files and databases before the period ends; data may be removed once the grace period expires.
VPS plans follow the same rules: payments are non-refundable and the VPS stays active until the end of the paid period.
Back up your data before the period ends: once a VPS is cancelled or terminated, its disk and snapshots are deleted and cannot be recovered.
Activation of a VPS can take between 1 and 24 hours; a delay within that window does not entitle you to a refund.
If you notice a duplicate charge or a payment you did not authorize, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the case individually. Reviewing a case does not imply a commitment to refund.
Write to support@nubiux.com from the email registered on the account, with your domain and the PayPal transaction reference. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute.
